Inspired by the concepts of good design, the capsule coffee machine captures the emotions of the users through its cheekyness - boylike; with a portafilter that resembles a hat placed atop a its little head.

The form of simple shapes - cone and the sphere - are taken from the iconic design language of Alessi's La Cupola, and the Apollo command module.
